Avocado is by far one of my favorite fruits. I love to eat them so I rarely create this mask unless I am using an avocado that is about to go bad. Greedy I know lol. Avocados are highly beneficial for beautiful healthy hair and skin. They contain antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and fats (the good kinds).

Avocado Hair Mask

1 bowl
food processor
1 sieve
1 spoon or spatula

 1 avocado
1 jar banana baby food
2 tablespoons of raw honey
1/2 cup of yogurt
2 drops of tea tree oil
1  teaspoon of acv (optional)
1 teaspoon of Daily Dew Oil

Add the avocado to the food processor. Blend until looks very thin.
Strain through a sieve. Add the pulp remaining in the sieve back into the food processor. Repeat these steps until all has strained easily.
Add all other ingredients to your pureed avocado. Blend very well.
Apply the mask to the hair. Leave in for about 30 minutes (no heat).
Rinse well with cool water.

This mask leaves the hair feeling moist, soft and provides a nice healthy sheen.
