Boost Your Deep Conditioner with ICE

I love DIY and store bought conditioners. Sometimes when I've been negligent to my hair or it is in need of some extra moisture I like to amp it up with one of my quick DIY mixes.
When I am short on time my quick deep conditioning (DC) cubes are always super handy. Give them a try.

DC Ice Cubes

2-3 ice cube trays
blender/ food processor

1 can of full fat Coconut Milk (approx. 12-14 oz)
2 tablespoons of Flourishing Scalp Nectar
4 oz of Raw Honey
8 oz of Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt (not light loves that fatty stuff lol)
*Sour Cream contains lactic acid just as yogurt does. Lactic acid smooths the cuticle layer of the hair, increases elasticity & mildly strengthens the strands.

Add all the ingredients into a blender/ food processor.
Blend until very well incorporated. Takes 1-2 mins tops.
Pour into your ice trays. Store in freezer bags.
Super simple.

Add 2 DC cubes to a 1.5 cups of deep conditioner (store bought or DIY). Mix well and apply to hair as normal.
That's it!
The DC cubes add great slip for easy detangling, softens the hair, soothes and nourishes the scalp.
