This is a very simple DIY boost for shampooing to cleanse the hair and scalp. It will reduce some of the harshness of the shampoo while providing an inflamed or irritated scalp some much needed relief. Give my simple recipe a try.

Shampoo Solution

Need

1 dye applicator bottle

Ingredients

1 tablespoon of raw aloe vera gel

3 oz of plain distilled/ tea infused water

2 oz of a sulfate free shampoo of choice

1/2 a teaspoon of flourishing scalp nectar

Use

Add all ingredients to a dye applicator bottle.

Shake gently and apply directly to the scalp.

Use the pads of your fingers to gently massage your scalp for a minute or two.

Rinse well with cool water.

*The run off during rinsing will cleanse the length of the hair as well. If you need to clarify then apply the shampoo solution directly to the length of hair as well.

Results

Scalp is clean, soothed and reduced inflammation. The oil is heavily infused with calming and nourishing ingredients. This is key. For more info check it out here.

Bonus tip: Add a teaspoon to a tablespoon to your deep conditioner to get a double dose.

Your scalp will love it.

Enjoy!
