Domestic Shipping Policy

Orders usually are shipped within 2-3 business days. If there are delays you will be notified. This is a small business and products are created in small batches on a daily basis. Ingredients are sourced worldwide to ensure use of only the purest and highest quality are used. We work tirelessly to provide the highest standards for the best consumer experience.

We offer free ground shipping on domestic orders of $150.00 or more!

  • Orders usually ship within 48-72 hours of receipt.
  • Orders placed after, 11am central time zone, on Friday are processed on the next business day.
  • Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
  • Orders shipped to Alaska, APO/FPO, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This is available at an additional cost. For the current rates please contact our customer service.

PO Box Delivery

We cannot ship to PO Boxes in the continental 48 states. A physical address is necessary for orders to be shipped.

Tracking Order

Once your order has shipping, tracking information is provided automatically to the same email address in the order confirmation. Check your spam and junk folder, if you do not see it in your inbox. You can also add as a safe address to ensure that you will receive notifications on your orders in your main inbox. If you placed an order using your Adore Botanicals account you can check the status of your order and tracking information by logging into your account.

Order Taxes

Local: If you live within Madison County, AL or in the state of Alabama you will be charged the current sales tax for your area. This is required by state law.

Adore Botanicals uses industry standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information. uses Secure SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt information like Credit Card details. Any contact information obtained for this web site will be stored solely in a secure database. No one other than Adore Botanicals will have access to your information. Under no circumstances will your contact information be sold, published or disclosed to any party or company. Adore Botanicals does not store credit card information on our servers.

Returns & Replacements

  • It is very important to us that you are satisfied with our products. If you have any questions concerning your order, dissatisfied for any reason with either the product or its condition upon arrival, please contact customer service immediately
  • We ask that you notify us of any issues within 7 days of the arrival of your order. Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. You can obtain this number by contacting customer service.
  • If the item being returned was shipped in error by Adore Botanicals, we will arrange to have the products picked up at our cost. We are happy to reship any items that are damaged in transit.
  • Refunds are processed back to the same method of payment used when the original order was placed. The transaction will be issued once the returned goods are received by us. Shipping cost is nonrefundable.
