Full benefits are reaped by only using the finest items. We ensure our items are priced for every budget. We will offer larger sizes when it is available on certain products. Everything is made in small batches by hand. This is the preferred method to ensure the outcome is always great. Many of our products have versatile uses. Our plant-based formulas are made with ingredients sourced from around the world. Adore Botanicals is a high end luxurious line of products that promote optimal skin and hair health. We feature 100% natural, pure essential oils, carrier oils, butters, florals, herbs, etc… We will always put you, the consumer, before any dollar amount.

How do I use a coupon code?

The coupon code field is found on the cart page. Please enter your coupon code and apply it prior to checkout. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders.

 

How to get the latest coupon codes?

Signing up for our newsletter is the best way to stay current with Adore Botanicals coupon codes and any upcoming sales.

Can samples be requested?

We are happy to share sample and freebies. We cannot guarantee the availability of any specific item for samples. They are offered while supplies last. 

We currently offer travel size packs, of featured collections, that can be purchased. They are limited.

 

Are gift certificates offered?

At this time we do not offer gift certificates.

 

Sales taxes on my order?

We are located in Huntsville, AL. If you live in the state of Alabama we must charge the current rate for in-state sales tax as it applies to your order. This is state law.

 

Why does my product container not look like the photo on the website?

Once in a while a vendor will change or discontinue packaging that we order. If orders are shipped out before the site photo is updated then your item will appear different from the depiction on the site. We work hard to avoid any confusion and will do our best to maintain the validity and integrity of our site and its content. The quality of our products will never be impacted by change in packaging.

 

What payment options are accepted by Adore Botanicals?

Adore Botanicals accepts the following:

  • MasterCard
  • PayPal
  • American Express
  • Discover

We do not accept international checks, personal checks, cashier checks or COD’s.

For your added security, your billing name and address must match the address of record on your credit card. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet this criteria.

 

Returns & Replacements

  • It is very important to us that you are satisfied with our products. If you have any questions concerning your order, dissatisfied for any reason with either the product or its condition upon arrival, please contact customer service immediately CustomerService@AdoreBotanicals.com
  • We ask that you notify us of any issues within 7 days of the arrival of your order. Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. You can obtain this number by contacting customer service.
  • If the item being returned was shipped in error by Adore Botanicals, we will arrange to have the products picked up at our cost. We are happy to reship any items that are damaged in transit.
  • Refunds are processed back to the same method of payment used when the original order was placed. The transaction will be issued once the returned goods are received by us.
  • Refunds will be provided for the cost of the product only. Shipping is none refundable.
  • Refunds are normally processed within 5-7 business days of the product arriving to us.
  • Within 7 days of receiving your order, pack any items for return carefully with return authorization number and ship them to:

Can products be exchanged?

We do not exchange products.

 

I placed an order but do not want it any longer. Can it be refunded after shipping?

If an order has been shipped we cannot stop it from going out. All shipped orders are treated as returned items. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel an order. If it is cancelled prior to shipping the full amount of the order + shipping is eligible for refund.

 

Do your products contain tree nuts or peanuts?

None of our products contain peanuts or peanut oil. Some of our products do contain tree nut oils and butters.

 

Quality Assurance

Experiencing a reaction to one of our products?

Our products are natural, non-GMO and organic but that does not make them allergen free. They are natural products derived from plant sources. People can be allergic. It is not unusual for people to have a reaction to an ingredient. Reactions can be experienced if you have seasonal allergies, food allergies, floral allergies etc… If you experience any reaction discontinue use immediately and see a health care provider. Adore Botanicals assumes no liability for any reactions incurred by a user.
