Returns & Replacements
- It is very important to us that you are satisfied with our products. If you have any questions concerning your order, dissatisfied for any reason with either the product or its condition upon arrival, please contact customer service immediately CustomerService@AdoreBotanicals.com
- We accept returns of unused product only.
- We ask that you notify us of any issues within 7 days of the arrival of your order. Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. You can obtain this number by contacting customer service. Carefully pack the items and ship them to:

Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days of the product arriving to us.
- If the item being returned was shipped in error by Adore Botanicals, we will arrange to have the products picked up at our cost. We are happy to reship any items that are damaged in transit.
- Refunds are processed back to the same method of payment used when the original order was placed. The transaction will be issued once the returned goods are received by us.
- Refunds will be provided for the cost of the product only. Shipping is nonrefundable.
- We do not accept products for exchange.
- We cannot stop shipment on orders that have been packaged and shipped. Once an order is shipping it must be treated as a return. Please note that once your order has been shipped the charges are nonrefundable. If you change your mind about an order contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped it can be cancelled and the full amount of the order + shipping is eligible for refund. Otherwise the order will not be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
